How Payouts Work
Payouts are rewards owed to affiliates when their referrals meet program conditions.
The Payout Flow
An affiliate shares their referral link
A user signs up via that link
Depending on the program trigger:
Sign Up programs: Payout generated immediately as Ready
Transaction programs: Transactions tracked; when confirmed and eligible, payout becomes Ready
Admin reviews Ready payouts and pays or rejects
Full audit trail recorded
Grouped Payouts
Each affiliate's Ready payouts are grouped into a single batch row rather than listed separately:
One row shows a # of Payouts count and the combined Payouts Owed total.
If a batch mixes signup and transaction payouts, the Event Type shows Mixed.
A batch is always for a single affiliate in a single currency.
Affiliate and program names are clickable, opening the affiliate or program with a link back to payouts.
Dates and times across the payouts UI and CSV exports are shown in your browser's local timezone.
Summary Cards
Pending, Ready, and Paid totals are shown at the top of the payouts page.
Filtering
Switch between Pending, Ready, Paid, and Rejected tabs. Filter by affiliate and search by name, email, program, or transaction ID.
